Ethics and Transparency
We are committed to a policy of ethics and transparency in everything we do. Information regarding compliance, inspection, and product testing is freely available to our clients. We are open and transparent regarding how we work with service providers and never enter into financial relationships or agreements with suppliers. The end result is long-term relationships with our clients who trust that we will do exactly as we say and work on their behalf.
Sustainability
Sustainability is extremely important to us. We have embarked on a journey to engage with sustainability organizations and partner with our clients to implement their strategies and initiatives. Over the past year we have achieved EcoVadis and FSCTM certifications, benefiting our clients and the environment.
EcoVadis provides global CSR ratings of suppliers to global supply chains and helps companies manage risk and improve sustainability. In our third year of participation we have achieved an EcoVadis gold medal rating, placing us in the top 5% of EcoVadis member companies.
The Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world's forests. Spectra is FSCTM-certified, so the FSCTM logo may be used on relevant products.

Utilizing sustainable materials often comes with challenges to function and performance. Our teams have experience working through these challenges to offer products that are beautiful and sustainable too.
Social Compliance
We utilize third-party providers to ensure that suppliers are following through with their commitments on social compliance. Manufacturers have undergone a variety of audits including Omega, BSCI, and Sedex.
Circular Economy
In today's evolving landscape, an emphasis on product longevity and adaptability for reuse is paramount. Our merchandising team actively explores avenues to enhance product lifespan, promote recyclability, and champion reuse. We prioritize offering products and packaging crafted from biodegradable, renewable, and recycled materials, underscoring our commitment to a sustainable future.
